Two of my cancer buddies are having big surgeries, one today, and the other on Monday. Please send them good vibes! They have both, unfortunately, been through this before, so at least they know what to expect. That doesn't make it that much easier on them emotionally, though, I'm sure.

Praying for you and your two friends, Dan. May the Lord grant them, and you, complete and long term recoveries from cancer. We cannot undo bad hands we are dealt, but we can play them wisely and bravely, as I have watched you do and as I am sure your friends are also doing. Try not to worry - as you said in another post, cancer likes it when people it has attacked worry - but do everything you can and ask Divine help with the rest!
